Strawberry Dip

This is the easiest recipe ever! It goes great with a barbecue, or any time you want to serve fresh fruit.

8 oz vanilla yogurt
8 oz sour cream
1 small pkg Instant Vanilla Pudding

Blend ingredients and serve with fresh strawberries.

    Mmmm. Yogurt and sour cream. What does the pudding add to the recipe? Is it for texture or to intensify the vanilla flavor? Or both?

    This would go well with the fruit dessert I've posted over at my blog.

    Has anyone there ever tried this with Chocolate Pudding. I'm thinkin your niece might just go ape over that. Maybe I'll try it myself!
